Location.
I stayed with my family in July 2019 on the 11th floor. As you can see from the photos of the façade and interior of the rooms, they have a window with a fixed panel (the upper glass) and lower panel opens OUTWARDS A TOTAL CRAZY. I went with my children 8 and 1 year old, when I ventilated the room, window we could open was facing the void, at the height of the children. I made a complaint to the reception with the intention of having them correct this really dangerous situation. determinant of choosing this hotel was because they offered breakfast for coeliacs. It was practically a fraud: on the first day some toast with bad taste and second day some puffed rice cookies. Nothing they offered was wrapped, was easy to contaminate with other food. We honestly didn't expect such poor service, as they advertise it and ask us to contact the hotel days before our arrival. There is no parking and private garages in the area rejected us because they had their places reserved for guests from other hotels. It doesn't have a minibar. breakfast room has few tables for the capacity of the hotel. I hope they can improve it, staff acted very well, they were ALL very nice.

location is extraordinary: easy to find, comfortable entrance, several parking lots nearby (Tucumán 631, excellent and good price) and we manage on foot because theaters and shopping are a few blocks away. beds and pillows were extraordinary, cleanliness of the bathroom and atmosphere was impeccable. You can't see anything through the window, because the side buildings are practically stuck together. breakfast is basic but rich (except the churros that looked like stone): good coffee, juices and variety of baked goods, nothing homemade, all industrial. It could easily be improved because there are extraordinary bakeries that could provide them attached to the building.
One of my sons is celiac and negative is that they had nothing for him except some rice cookies, thank goodness there were good things nearby to buy him, otherwise he would just watch us eat and he wouldn't! That's the only thing that caught my attention negatively, because whenever we travel to a hotel of that category, we give notice in advance so they can prepare or buy him something. Neither at the reception nor in the kitchen did they have the slightest idea that it was a gluten-free diet.

The room was cozy and comfortable with mesmerizing views of the city. The location was perfect, making it super easy to move around the city. The complementary breakfast had a wide variety of food options to choose from, including delicious pastries and fresh fruits. the hotel staff was friendly and always ready to help.
The staff was not attentive enough to the needs of the guests, making it difficult to get assistance or ask for directions. the wifi was not at all reliable and kept disconnecting frequently, which was quite frustrating.
